Dean joined AK Design team in May 2024 as a Senior Architectural Technician.

 

Dean has worked in the Construction industry for over 40 years including 18 years in site management working for housing developers and main contractors overseeing all stages of the construction process. The last 12 years Dean has been operating as an Architectural Technologist and being a Member of CIAT and an Affiliate member of the RIBA Dean has the necessary skills to marry practical solutions to innovative design having worked on many high-end residential renovation and new build projects through RIBA work stages 2-5; from the concept stage, Planning and Building Regulations approvals and then to contract tender and project management stages.

 

Dean also has over 9 years’ experience in utilising 3d modelling BIM software to produce realistic renders as well as detailed construction drawings.
