We've been busy these past months working on our project in Romford. The project involved undertaking the design and multi-disciplinary service of a new build modular unit, replacement, standalone, outpatient Clinic, as the Client's expansion of the outpatient Mental Health Services for Havering.
The previous standalone building was at the end of its life expectancy, it was removed and replaced with a modular building.
Using Portakin recycled units from a modular provider, we oversee as CA and QS services for the demolition the existing and provided a new building, leading to a bespoke interior fit out for a new NELFT NHS service launch.
