Accounts/Practice Manager
What does your job involve?
When I took on the job, I was told they needed a “mother hen” to keep things in check and I think I fulfil that role, I help keep the office ticking over, deal with ISO’s 9001, 14001 and 45001 as well as keeping on top of the Office and Accounts.
What was your first job and what was your experience?
I worked in a call office completing car insurance quotes, it was very dull.
What motivates you most to come to work?
My job is important to me, over the last 15 years I have taken on so many additional duties and I love the variety.
What’s work related accomplishment you are proud of?
I’m sure professionals would disagree, but I am proud of the website and juggling my very varied role.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love reading and spending time with my family.
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Inquisitive, impatient, and bold.
If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs, such as food and water, were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?
