Connie left school in 2016 then went on to complete an Apprenticeship whilst working at Swift Catering, she achieved a Pass in Fine Art Material, Techniques and Processes and a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration.

Connie joined AKDP in January 2019 as an Office Junior working closely with the Accounts/Office Manager covering general administration duties and basic drawing work. Her goal was to eventually work toward the technical side of the business becoming an Architectural Technician.

Due to increasing workload an Administrative Assistant was hired in May 2021, this enabled Connie to be promoted to a Junior Architectural Technician and discuss with the Partners her future within the Practice.

Connie is currently attending College on Day release, studying a BTEC Level 4 HNC in Construction.
