Bradley arrived at the company in September 2015 with over 10 years working experience, assisting both Architects, Interior Designers and Surveyors in various job roles. Seeing himself as more of a designer than a technician, it was an eagerness to acquire more technical knowledge that brought him to AK Design, where he would be taking on the role of Senior CAD Technician.

In the early stages of his career at AK Design, Bradley had been heavily involved in Social Housing reformation projects in the London Borough of Waltham Forrest. The project objectives were to satisfy a growing need to provide tenants with additional space by utilising their existing properties potential to be extended. From surveying and assessing each properties potential to meet client requirements, to producing planning, tender and detailed construction drawings, Bradley was active in each stage of a project’s development.

Bradley has since moved into the Healthcare sector providing drawings for and reporting to senior members of staff, as well as utilising his 3D modelling skills to help demonstrate key design ideas to clients.
