Joshua joined AKDP in August 2012 as an Apprentice soon after leaving Secondary Education and worked tirelessly to begin his career in the construction industry. While undertaking his apprenticeship, he gauged a wide understanding of various surveying and draftsmanship aspects, and has supported the AKDP team across a myriad of scenarios including Planning matters, and general administration.

Following on from the successful completion of his training up to HND level, Joshua has since progressed to technician status and amassed a wealth of experience working on mental health projects, social housing, and new build developments. In the future he looks to undertake a BSc and become recognised by a regulatory body.
