Biography
Lucy joined AK Design in October 2008 as the Office Manager. With over 15 years’ experience of working in an office environment she ensures the smooth operation of the Practice. She assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, manages the Administration and HR, maintains the Accounts and ensures all Quality Standards are adhered to.
As Accounts/Office Manager Lucy works closely with both Partners adapting to the different needs of the Practice as it evolves. With an extensive knowledge across all departments combined with her versatility Lucy is an integral member of the team.
