Thomas joined AK in August 2019 as a Senior Architectural Technician reporting to senior members of staff to produce planning, tender and construction drawings.

Thomas has over 25+ years’ experience of which 10 years has been using Auto CAD to produce planning and working drawing packages for Building Regulations and site use. He has a very good working knowledge of Building Regulations. Types of projects worked on are New Build and refurbishment projects, residential housing and flats for private Developers’, Housing Associations, school projects , also some industrial projects e.g. Factory units.

Thomas has enjoyed making doll house furniture, painting mainly watercolour and DIY.
